Shipping Information
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours from
northern California. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
U.S. Orders
Shipping Rate. Domestic (U.S.) shipping
charges are based on the weight of your order.
Carrier. We use USPS Priority mail. It is fast and less expensive than UPS for light-weight packages.
Packages usually arrive
within 3 days, although the post office does not guarantee this and neither can we.
We reserve the right to use a different carrier if we judge this to be
necessary.
Express Delivery: We offer FedEx options during the
checkout process if you absolutely need your beads and findings within a day.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for slow FedEx deliveries.
If you opt for overnight delivery and they do not follow through, you will need
to take the matter up with them, not us!

Orders consisting primarily of silver and
gold can be shipped to most countries at a very reasonable rate.
If you add heavier items, such as glass, bone and especially
hematite to your order, the shipping costs can become quite
substantial. |
Carrier. We offer weight-based shipping
through USPS Global Priority Mail
(for packages under 4 lbs) or Global Express Mail (for packages of any size) to the
countries listed below. (A suitable alternative will be used for the few
nations that do not allow for these two shipping options.) If you order
from a country not listed below, we reserve the right to cancel it or to require
a wire transfer payment. We do ship to "risk countries" if the customer is
willing to wire us payment in advance.
Shipping and Handling Charges. Our shipping and handling fees
for international orders are based on the weight of your package.
Currency. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.

Ship To. Sadly, postal
prohibitions and restrictions, usually restrictions on the import of silver,
prevent us from shipping to the following countries:
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. We do not
ship to countries not explicitly listed above due to concerns with credit card
fraud. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis, although in all
instance we will require that a 100% payment for the order be wired to our bank
before shipment.
Customs, Taxes,
Duties, Paperwork. Every country imposes
its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees. The buyer is
responsible for paying these taxes, duties, fees and any other assessments.
The buyer is also responsible for completing any paperwork required of his or
her government. Please do not ask us to provide false information on
invoices to reduce your tax bill!
Proof of Identity. We reserve the right to ask for
additional evidence of the buyer's identity, if we deem such information to be
necessary. Please understand that we must impose this
restriction because of the very real problem of identity theft and fraudulent
credit card purchases. We also reserve the right to ask for payment via a
wiring of funds of your identify cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
Choice of Carriers. We use USPS Global Priority Mail
for most shipments but reserve the right to use other carriers at our sole
discretion.
