Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policies
This policy statement govern sales through www.beadsofbali.com.
All Sales Are Final
As this is an inventory liquidation sale, all sales are final. No
returns or exchanges are accepted.
Restocking Fee
We do not intend to make exceptions to our "all sales are final"
policy. However, iIf we do make an exception and accept a return, your
return will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. The purpose of this fee is to cover the finance
charges we incur when your order is initially placed and then again when a cancellation is
submitted to your credit card company or to PayPal.
Cancellation Fee
A 10% restocking fee shall be
charged for an order cancelled before shipping. The purpose of this fee is
to cover the finance charges we incurred when your order was placed, and then
again when it is cancelled.
Missing
or Damaged Items. Reports of missing or damaged items must be made
within 48 hours of receipt by phone or through our Contact Form.).
Warranties. Beads of Bali warrants its beads and findings against defects in workmanship. We
are not responsible for those items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or
physical damage, whether accidental or deliberate. We offer no guarantee or
warranties on beading tools (buy at your own risk) because we cannot control how
these are used.
